YWCA Family Village

Located in the growing Issaquah Highlands, YWCA Family village provides 146 affordable housing units for people of all walks of life. The design highlight of the project is the 4 stories of Flemish bond brick at the main entrance which makes the building standout as a landmark of excellence. The field brick on the exterior is a Norman sized Mauna Loa, with Wheat accent bands supplied by Mutual Materials.
